Shipping policy

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days after receiving payment.

Orders are sent by priority shipment with a tracking number. The delivery time is 1-2 weeks, excluding customs clearance.

The cost of delivery depends on the weight and volume of the parcel and is calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

The buyer pays the delivery cost together with the goods.

The buyer must take all measures related to receiving the package: answer calls and messages from the delivery service, and pay any possible customs fees.

Buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

If the buyer refuses to pay the duty or tax, does not respond to letters/calls from the delivery service, does not pick up the parcel from the branch within the specified time or has indicated an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to the sender. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for the costs associated with the return. The store reserves the right to pay these costs from the amount paid by the buyer for the goods. After receiving the return and paying all travel expenses, the remaining amount for the goods is returned to the buyer.
