Orders are shipped within 1–2 days after payment is received.

Orders are sent via priority shipping with a tracking number. You can see this tracking number in your personal account, on the order history page, or in the email you will receive after dispatch. The delivery time is 7–12 business days, not including customs clearance.

The shipping cost depends on the weight and volume of the parcel and is calculated automatically in the cart.

The buyer pays the shipping cost together with the goods.

The buyer must take all necessary steps related to receiving the parcel: respond to calls and messages from the delivery service and pay any possible customs fees.

The buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

If the buyer refuses to pay duty or tax, does not respond to letters/calls from the delivery service, does not pick up the parcel from the office within the specified period, or provided an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to the sender. In these cases, the buyer is responsible for the costs associated with the return. The shop reserves the right to cover these costs from the amount paid by the buyer for the goods. After receiving the return and covering all shipping expenses, the remaining amount for the goods will be refunded to the buyer.
